We took the decision to offer research by the hour as we understand how expensive Genealogy Research can be for you. We all know that you can only go so far by sitting in front of your computer searching for ancestors with genealogy databases etc before you actually have to visit record offices to search through census returns, parish registers, electoral registers, baptisms, old historical newspaper articles etc

We only charge Ł15.00 per hour for our Genealogy services


www.your-familytree.com offers hourly research at Ł15.00 per hour and we will work with you to help you trace your ancestors by researching online databases and utilising our numerous resources. Please be aware that research by the hour does not include any of the following: Birth, Marriage or Death Certificates, Gift box, Comb Binders as supplied with our family tree research packages, however all the relevant information found will be issued to you in a document folder neatly organised with a summary of research notes.

If you need us to visit any of our five regular family history record offices (see below), then please note that we charge a minimum of 4 - 8 hours research , please contact us if you need us to visit a record office and we will advise our next scheduled visit. Please bear in mind that record offices around the country also offer family history research, but they do charge upto Ł25.00 per hour which is more than double our hourly rate.
